the sun is shining through the trees and getting clarity

I combine scientifically-supported traditional therapies with evidence-based holistic strategies.  This approach provides a wider range of tools to help clients in their healing journey. This therapeutic approach is not a one-size-fits-all, but designed around your specific needs. My clients appreciate that I look at lifestyle, physical health, relationships, culture, stressors, cognitions, environmental factors, life experiences and trauma history as part of the bigger picture of healing.

I work with adults facing anxiety, stress, panic attacks, relationship challenges, and couples who want to strengthen their connection. I also support people dealing with depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and workplace stress.

Yes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about your needs and see if working together feels like the right fit.

I offer therapy exclusively online to clients in New York and New Jersey. This allows us to connect wherever you are, with flexibility and convenience.

I draw from several approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Imago Therapy for couples, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Psychodynamic therapy, and Somatic Therapy.

My initial intake session (60 minutes) is $285. Subsequent 45-minute sessions are $220. I also offer a sliding scale when needed.

I offer afternoon and evening appointments Monday through Friday. My schedule includes daytime availability on some days to provide flexibility.

Not at all. Many clients begin to notice relief and progress after just a few sessions. While deeper, lasting change takes time, my approach emphasizes practical skills you can start using right away. The length of therapy depends on your goals — whether you want short-term support or long-term growth.

Getting started is simple. Just schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about what you are looking for and how I can help. From there, we will set up your first full session and begin working together toward your goals.
